Juniper Communities is hiring caring Care Aides to join our senior living team in Aurora, CO. You will provide physical support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and help with medication administration and documentation under supervision.

We offer full-time day and evening shifts, competitive starting pay, and a $250 sign-on bonus for Wellness staff hired within the promotion window. DailyPay is available for on-demand pay.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Tech Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
