Great Lakes Management in Sun Prairie, WI, is hiring a Part-time Resident Assistant to provide hands-on care and emotional support, as outlined in each resident's service agreement. You will assist with daily living activities and participate in dining and activities.

The position offers an hourly range of $18-$22 with shift differentials and a 401(k) match. Six months' experience in long-term care or assisted living and CNA/HHA/CNA certification are preferred.

Formación

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated in the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
• Observe clients and report changes in physical and emotional condition to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, and communication book.

Resident Assistant Job Objective(s):

The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing hands -on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident's service agreement. R esponsible for effectively communicating with residents, families, and notifying the case manager of any changes in condition or concerns. The Resident Assistant assist s in the dining room and participating in activities and outings .

Resident Assistant Job Responsibilitie s :
