Great Lakes Management (GLM) is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant in Sun Prairie, WI. This role provides hands-on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident's service agreement, and requires effective communication with residents, families, and the case manager.

You will assist in the dining room and participate in activities and outings, supporting residents to reach the highest level of independence. Six months of experience and CNA/HAI credentials are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

• Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) asindicatedon the individualized service agreement
• Help each resident to reach andmaintainthe highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assistwith treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Resident Assistantobservesclientsand reportschanges in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc.tothe casemanager.Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
