Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a detail-oriented Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily living activities, maintain their personal environment and document observations. This role emphasizes social interaction and community connection within our nonprofit senior care setting.

Candidates must complete the medication administration training, hold a BLS certification, be 18 or older to operate lift equipment, and demonstrate excellent communication while prioritizing tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
