Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a comfortable living environment. You will observe, document, and foster meaningful relationships within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
