Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Red Wing, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships and contribute to a compassionate, empowering culture.

You will document observations, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and work with a team to deliver high-quality care. The position offers hourly wages ($20.04–$24.43) with a $2 shift premium and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills and read/write in English
