Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a comfortable home-like environment. You will build meaningful relationships through compassionate care and assist with daily tasks in a respectful community setting.

The role includes observation, documentation, and helping onboard new Associates as part of a collaborative team focused on quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
