Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and build meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues in our Minnesota senior housing community.

You will aid with onboarding of new associates, maintain documentation, and complete required medication administration training and competencies. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential, and BLS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment as required by statute.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training and competencies.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The RA provides observation and documentation.
• The RA assists with onboarding of new Associates.
