Job summary

Benedictine Living in Northfield, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, observe and document care, and help onboard new Associates. You must complete the medication administration training, be at least 18 to operate lift equipment, and demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, and English literacy.

A BLS certification is a plus, and Benedictine offers a robust benefits package and opportunities to grow within our nonprofit
