Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant in Minnesota to provide compassionate care and daily living support to residents, while documenting observations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will assist with onboarding new Associates and collaborate with a caring team to deliver high-quality senior care. This on-site position emphasizes empathy, reliability, and clear communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
