Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain their personal environment, and participate in onboarding of new Associates.

You will build meaningful relationships, document observations, and communicate effectively in English; requires medication administration training and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
