Job summary

Benedictine in Minnesota seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, caring environment. You will build meaningful relationships while assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities include observation and documentation, onboarding new Associates, and completing medication administration training. English communication and BLS certification are required; 18+ to operate lift equipment.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills and English reading/writing ability.
• BLS certification is required or desired.
