Juniper Communities is seeking Care Aides to join our team, with opportunities to become a Med Tech. Part-time shifts (5 pm–9 pm) at our Lancaster community offer daily pay options and career growth through training.

As a Care Aide, you will support residents with daily activities, assist with medication administration, document care, monitor vital signs, and communicate with colleagues and families. High school diploma required; Medication Tech certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Tech Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
