Job summary

Juniper Communities in Paramus, NJ is seeking PRN Care Aides to support residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and assist with medications.

You will work as part of a team, communicate with residents and families, and uphold a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with DailyPay available; opportunity to grow within a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Medication Tech Certification (Required).
• Medication administration experience or能力 preferred.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, calling and dining.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
