Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is hiring certified med techs to support Juniper’s residents in a senior living setting. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions across all shifts, with DailyPay on-demand access and weekend availability required.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour for uncertified and $18.00 per hour for certified staff. Typical duties include medication administration, ADL assistance, vital signs checks, and compassionate resident care, in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid training completed.
• Medication administration course completed (preferred).
• Nurse aide training course if state-regulated completed.
• Knowledge of physiology and psychology of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transportation, appointments, dining, programs).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role:

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.

Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.

• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.

Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.

Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an approved medication administration course. (preferred


• Successful completion of a nurse aide training course if state regulated.


• Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.


• Successful completion of a CPR and First Aid course.
