Job summary

Benedictine Living in the upper Midwest seeks a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and help maintain a safe, homelike environment while building meaningful relationships.

The role emphasizes observation, documentation, and assisting with onboarding of new Associates; candidates must complete medication administration training and hold BLS.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Salary Range

$20.04-24.43 per hour plus $2 shift premium for evening shift
