St. Gabriel's Community in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a supportive living environment. The RA will document observations and assist with onboarding of new Associates, contributing to a compassionate, safe community.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue

• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
