Benedictine Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to care for residents with compassion and dedication, helping with daily living activities and building meaningful relationships. You will support residents and contribute to a comforting, empowering culture across the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
