Benedictine Living invites applications for a Resident Assistant in La Crosse, WI. The RA supports residents with daily living activities, maintains their personal environment, and builds meaningful relationships grounded in compassion and dedication.

Responsibilities include documenting observations, onboarding new associates, and ensuring safety and comfort for residents. Strong English communication and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
