Job summary

Benedictine Living in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care in a respectful, safe environment.

You will observe residents, document changes, and assist with onboarding new associates. Strong communication and prioritization skills are essential; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification required.
