Job summary

Benedictine Living in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, observe and document care, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

You will assist with onboarding new associates, complete required medication administration training, read/write/communicate in English, and uphold our four core values: Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice within a non-profit senior care setting.

Qualifications

• Must complete medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Have excellent communication skills.

• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
