Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Minnesota seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain their personal environment, and help foster a comforting, empowering home.

You will observe, document, and contribute to onboarding new associates, all while upholding Benedictine values and a patient-centered approach. Applicants should have strong communication skills, read/write English, and meet eligibility for lift operation and medication administration

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
