Benedictine in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Resident Assistant who provides daily living support, builds relationships, and helps with activities of daily living with compassion.

The role is on-site and requires strong communication, BLS certification, and the ability to multitask while helping onboarding of new Associates. A robust benefits package including PTO, retirement, medical, dental, vision, and education assistance is offered.
