Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to help maintain a safe, caring environment. In this role you will engage with residents, document observations, and contribute to a welcoming community built on respect and empathy.

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
