Job summary

Great Lakes Management is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants for Hayden Grove of St. Anthony. You will provide personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance to residents in both assisted living and memory care settings, helping preserve dignity and independence.

The role offers a supportive team environment, competitive pay, and the chance to make a meaningful daily impact. Shifts include PT daytime and FT overnight positions with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
