Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and act in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities as per service agreement.
• Provide physical and emotional support to residents.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the case manager.
