Job summary

Carefree Living in Minnesota is seeking a Resident Assistant/Caregiver for a full-time PM shift with an additional $1.00 differential. The role focuses on relationship building, assisting with daily living activities, and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care within a supportive team.

No CNA certification is required; prior caregiving experience is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
