Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant/CNA for Memory Care in our Tennessee communities. You will support daily living activities, provide respectful care, and help residents maintain independence in a secure, dignified environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and routine tasks while collaborating with a caring team. Strong communication, reliability, and comfortable handling physical tasks are essential.

Competenze

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read and write.

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary.

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:

1. Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
2. This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
3. Assist residents with meals and snacks
