Morning Pointe Senior Living in Kentucky seeks a Resident Assistant/CNA to support residents in memory care. You will assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility, while maintaining dignity and independence.

A compassionate, professional attitude and reliable transport are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and providing a caring, respectful environment for residents with Alzheimer's and memory-related needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and enjoy caring for others.
• Requires reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills; basic math understood.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to meet physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs.
• Care tasks may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making and other duties.
• Assist with meals and snacks and support setup, service and feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain a clean living environment.

We are looking for:

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:

1. Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
2. This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
3. Assist residents with meals and snacks
4. Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
5. Housekeeping duties as necessary
