Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities are seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for the Overnight Shift to assist residents with daily living activities, maintain safety, and deliver compassionate care in a secure, dignified setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide daily living assistance with respect and dignity.
• Strong communication and reading/writing skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs.
• Assist residents with meals, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other care duties.
• Support with setup, service and feeding as needed; perform housekeeping tasks as required.

We Are Looking For

Resident Assistants/CNAs Are Expected To Accomplish Tasks Outside Of Their Normal Assignments Whenever Necessary To Maintain a Quality Care Environment For Our Residents. As Part Of a Team-oriented Workplace, Resident Assistants Participate In Training Opportunities And Offer Help To Other Areas And Staff In Need. The Typical Work Of a Resident Assistant Can Include

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity


• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
