Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for the evening shift in our assisted living community. You will help residents with daily living activities in a caring, respectful environment that promotes independence and well-being.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, clear communication with residents and team members, and the ability to respond calmly to challenging situations while supporting a high standard of quality life for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors or CNA setting preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read and write
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with meals, setup, service and feeding as necessary
• Carry out housekeeping duties as necessary

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
