Job summary

Morning Pointe Assisted Living Communities seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant/CNA for our 1st shift, part-time in Tennessee. You will support residents with daily activities, promote dignity and independence, and work as part of a caring team to provide quality senior living.

We value a can-do attitude, reliable transportation, and great communication. You will need to lift up to 50 lbs, be at least 18, and be able to read and write.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• At least 18 years of age and able to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry and other care duties as needed.
• Help with meals and snacks and assist with setup and feeding when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for residents.

• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
