Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA to aid residents in daily living activities, meals, and personal care in a compassionate, professional environment.

The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and teamwork. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and meet basic reading/writing requirements. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with opportunities for growth and reliable scheduling.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• At least 18 years of age and able to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• Assistance may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and perineal care, laundry and bed making.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks, including setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain a clean, safe environment.
