Morning Pointe Senior Living is hiring a Resident Assistant/CNA for assisted living communities. The role focuses on daily living activities, compassionate care, and maintaining residents' independence in a respectful, dignified environment.

This full-time position offers 1st or 3rd shift options, flexible schedules, health benefits, 401K with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for career development while you help our residents Experience Something Better.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, bed making and other care duties.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding when necessary.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.

We are looking for:

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:

1. Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
2. This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
3. Assist residents with meals and snacks
4. Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
5. Housekeeping duties as necessary
