Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for our assisted living communities in Brentwood, TN. This part-time role supports residents with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship on 1st-3rd shifts.

Ideal candidates have a positive, can-do attitude, are reliable, and can stand for long periods. Training is provided, with benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
• Assist residents with meals and snacks
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
• Housekeeping duties as necessary
