Morning Pointe Assisted Living seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA to provide compassionate daily care in a warm, secure setting in Franklin, TN. The role supports residents with activities of daily living and promotes independence with dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility and safety, while maintaining a clean, comfortable environment. No formal relocation needed; join a caring team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required; prior assisted living care preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills.
