Job summary

Jones-Harrison Senior Living in Minneapolis is seeking a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide personal cares, pass medications, and support residents' physical and emotional well-being in the Assisted Living unit.

No CNA required for those 18+, with a schedule featuring 75 hours biweekly, every other weekend and holiday rotation, and an overnight shift; full benefits and early wage access are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CNA certificated only required if under 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal cares including bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
• Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services such as passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
• May perform duties that include laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
• Assists with onboarding of new staff

Ebenezer is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would be responsible for providing personal cares, passing medications, and designated health related services to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being! Position is located in Minneapolis, MN at our beautiful care center- in the Assisted Living unit of Jones-Harrison. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. Great schedule for a nursing or healthcare or premed student!

This caregiver schedule includes:

• Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
