Job summary

A Silvercrest Community at Summit Place, Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant. This role offers $18-$20/hour with full- and part-time options, and shift options from 6 am–2:30 pm, 2 pm–10:30 pm, or 10 pm–6:30 am.

You will provide resident-centered care, assist with personal cares, medications, and mobility, and help residents live their best life. Requirements include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in assisted living or related health care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Successful completion of Assisted Living training program preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
