Job summary

The Benedictine Living Community-Regina in Hastings, MN, is hiring a Resident Assistant for evenings (2:30 PM–11 PM) on a full‑time basis. You will support residents with daily living activities, maintain a clean personal environment, and help onboard new associates.

Candidates should have strong communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, fluency in English, and BLS certification; must complete the medication administration training program and meet the 18+ lifting equipment

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
