Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain a respectful and clean living environment, and build meaningful relationships with residents and the care team.

You will observe and document care activities, assist with onboarding of new associates, and collaborate to promote safety, dignity, and quality of life. Medication administration training and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
