Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Byron, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, help maintain their personal environment, and build meaningful relationships through patient, reliable care.

You will document observations, contribute to onboarding of new Associates, and help ensure safety and quality of care. English literacy, BLS certification, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
