Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain a comfortable environment, and build meaningful connections through compassionate care. You will document observations and assist with onboarding of new Associates, contributing to a supportive team culture across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate lift equipment per statute.

• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
