Job summary

Benedictine Living in Minnesota seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to maintain their personal environment. You will observe, document, and help onboard new Associates, building compassionate relationships.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage priorities, and English proficiency; BLS certification is preferred. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.

Salary Range

$20.04 - $24.43 per hour, plus $2 per hour shift premium
