Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Crookston is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant for evening shifts (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) in Crookston, MN. The RA will assist residents with daily living activities, provide observation and documentation, and help onboard new Associates as part of a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
