Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individual, small and large group activities.
• Assist in providing communication between employees, residents, families, and the public to meet residents' needs.
• Develop monthly activity calendar and maintain attendance records.
• Assist in discharge planning and activity care plans.
• Arrange transportation for residents as necessary including outings and appointments.
• Keep the Activity Department clean, orderly and secured.
