Responsibilities include assisting with activities, creating decorations, transporting residents when needed, and encouraging participation in individual and group leisure pursuits, while maintaining privacy and reporting concerns to supervision.

• Protect resident privacy and report suspected or known violations of disclosure to the Administrator.
• Knock before entering a resident room or care area such as tub rooms.
• Report grievances and complaints to the supervisor per procedures.
• Observe resident status changes and document observations using STOP AND WATCH.
