You will plan, organize, and implement programs that meet physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs, while documenting participation and collaborating with the care team.

The role emphasizes clear communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage with patients, families, and staff in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities that meet the physical, creative, cognitive, social, spiritual, and needs of patients/residents.
• Document attendance and participation levels in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
