You will plan, organize, and implement programs that address physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs, while documenting participation and contributing to care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities preferred.
• Ability to engage positively with residents, families, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities meeting residents' physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs.
• Provide input into monthly recreation therapy service design.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
