Qualificações

• Requires minimum two (2) years college education with courses in recreation, education, social work, other behavioral sciences or clinical services.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a social or recreational program within the past five years, with one year full-time employment in a patient/resident activities program in a health care setting.
• MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: None.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts assessments and gathers information to develop individualized recreation programs.
• Updates programs to accommodate residents' needs and protect rights.
• Works with interdisciplinary team to implement and evaluate plan of care.
• Schedules activities across morning, afternoon, evening, weekend; posts monthly calendar.
• Records progress notes and audits chart entries for accuracy.
