• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical procedures and manuals.
• Good communication and interaction with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individual, small and large group activities.
• Assist in communication between employees, residents and families.
• Develop monthly activity calendar and maintain attendance records.
• Support discharge planning and activity care plans for residents.
• Arrange transportation for residents as needed and maintain activity records.
